Frequently Asked Questions
RETURN POLICY: Merchandise must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with tags attached. Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be charged a cleaning fee at our discretion. Footwear must be returned in its original box in the condition you received it. Do not use the footwear box itself for shipping or a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Between the dates of December 1 and January 1, return time is extended and must be postmarked no later then January 15.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
If your order is placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time, we will usually ship items available the same day. Orders placed after Noon EST will be shipped the next day.In an effort to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible, we may ship your order from multiple locations. We will email you a tracking number for each additional shipment within 2-5 days. There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments for the same order to the same address.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable
Very rarely some shipments are delayed due to severe weather; McClutcheys.com is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen situations due to weather or other extreme circumstances. In these instances any shipments that do not meet their original transit time are not eligible for a shipping charge refund.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship products outside of the United States of America.
Please note: Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail with a transit time of 5-7 business days
